Over the last couple of weeks I have had the pleasure to present to over 70 trust industry professionals in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. The seminars introduced the concepts of The Agile Trust Company and 2nd Generation Trust Software.
Agile Trust Companies are those that are able to provide excellent customer service, proactively meeting regulatory demands at a lower cost than their competitors. Whether they are large multi-jurisdictional players or small niche providers the Agile Trust Company will apply technology and business process management to achieve their goals.
My presentation focused on how technology can be used to improve efficiency and drive process and people change. The feedback received so far has been very encouraging and I am delighted that my presentation was so well received.
