This is intended to be the first of a series of Business Improvement Masterclasses being held exclusively for members of Genuine Jersey. The objective of the session will be to define what efficient and effective means for delegates’ particular business, to provide ideas on how to make improvements and to introduce some useful business tools. The Masterclass will be relevant for all sizes of business including sole traders.

Paul Every established Solitaire Consulting in 2007, initially as a sole trader, and incorporated in 2011. Paul specialises in helping small and medium sized business change and improve, particularly how technology can be used more effectively.
