Jersey based, independent project and change management consultancy firm, Solitaire Consulting (www.solitaireconsulting.com), is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Mallet as a Senior Consultant. 

Andy joins the business having held a number of senior (C-suite) operational, change and transformation roles within the Financial Services industry.

He brings with him over 10 years’ experience in conceiving, driving and executing successful programmes of transformation and change. These achievements have been for large, global organizations; principally aimed at better utilizing technology to drive business process improvement, digital transformation and create efficiencies within business’s operating models.  

Within these roles, Andy’s other responsibilities and experiences have also included strategy, operational governance and control, operational risk management, contingency planning, operations management and continuous improvement. He has experience leading large, diverse, multi-jurisdictional operational and support teams.  Andy is also a former Army Officer with HM Forces, having spent 7 years as a Commissioned Officer in the Parachute Regiment.

Andy joins Solitaire Consulting to bolster the existing, experienced consulting team and to help develop and drive the provision of new and existing services to Solitaire’s current and future clients.
