Tracey is a Prince2-qualified Project Manager, who successfully delivers multiple projects within time and cost constraints. She is a specialist in implementing systems, predominately TrustQuay NavOne, with a high standard of consultancy around many business processes including Financial Management, Risk Management, Client Services and Data Migration.

Tracey has worked independently for the last 4 years, but prior to that worked as an internal business analyst / consultant for a number of offshore trust and corporate services providers. Tracey is based in Jersey, Channel Islands but has worked on projects in the other Crown Dependencies, Caribbean, Europe, Mauritius, Hong Kong and Singapore.
